We are looking forward to seeing colleagues and friends in person and our online space for our conference!
Conference Dates: November 7 - 8, 2025
(Please note that any pre-conference workshops will be offered online on November 6.)
In-Person Location: Hilton Arlington National Landing 2399 Richmond Highway, Arlington, VA 22202
The nearest airport is Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, and the hotel shuttle will pick you up and take you back for free. Our room block is reserved, and the nightly rate is $159/night plus taxes. If you have a car and need to park at the hotel, the parking rate is reduced to $25/day.
We invite you to submit your proposals for pre-conference workshops, creative interventions, presentations, roundtables, or posters.
Proposals will be accepted through May 31, 2025.
